Now concentrating on commercial properties, The Ladera Group continues to discover and reimagine spaces for its clients and tenants.
who we are
The Ladera Group’s owners, Nick and Maddy Flint, are northwest Georgia natives. Nick is a corporate attorney and real estate broker, and Maddy is a designer, marketing consultant, and real estate salesperson.
When they’re not working, Nick and Maddy enjoy traveling, discovering new restaurants, outdoor activities, loving on their dogs, spending time with friends and family, and planning their next project.
